To build a rates analysis report, ensure that the BMD Rates interface has been set-up in the environment.   (Please contact your IT and BCC if this has not been set-up).

To start building the report:

  3. In the Period Tab, there are two options available depending on the report required:
    • For future dates - change the period menu to "Week Averages" to map future dates to existing survey.
    • Or remain in the calendar and select "Actual" dates
  4. Day part - select/enter the required day part
  5. Data Type - in the Rates selection window, select the required metric for example Rate or CPT or CPM. And any other metric.
  6. Back in the report tab, build the required report layout.

Once the report is ready to process - hit the "Run" button on the main tool bar.  You will be prompted to log in to the BMD rates interface.  Select the required Agency rate levels.  NOTE: this is an BMD interface - any questions on this application, please direct these to Media Ocean.
